Purpose:

To coordinate efforts concerned with developing organization initiatives that value all people equally, regardless of their differences.

Goals:

• Assure that diversity leadership is represented in CDHRA.
• Sponsor one diversity presentation/program in 2007.
• Establish a diversity successful practices sharing opportunity across CDHRA.
• Increase diversity of the chapter board and membership.
• Participate in at least one webcast and one teleconference for Diversity.
