Purpose:
To develop ideas and implement strategies for
recruitment and retention of a diverse chapter membership; to
recognize members and facilitate new member involvement; to
assist in promoting SHRM and recruiting national members; and
to develop and distribute promotional materials.
Additional information:
- CDHRA membership includes attendance at the monthly meetings held the second Tuesday of every month. For meeting details and minutes, check out the calendar.
- Access to the newsletter via the world wide web.
- CDHRA will pay for a prospective member's meal one time.
- Non-member, non-guest meeting attendees will pay $15 per meeting (includes meal).
- Regular meal cost is $10 per member.
Goals:
Plan an orientation for new members during Spring 2008.
Explore methods to expose other businesses in the community to CDHRA and the value it may have for their staff doing HR responsibilities.
