Purpose:

To improve educators' awareness of the needs, expectations and requirements of the world of work and prepare students and adults for entry or re-entry into the workforce.

Goals:

• Co-sponsor one Workforce Readiness initiative at the community level;
• Cultivate a relationship with guidance counselors at Bismarck/Mandan high schools;
• Be an active member of the Chamber of Commerce Business Education Partnership committee.
